Voice calling grows up: a dedicated calls dashboard and smarter call handling

Voice calls now have a proper home in Chatwoot, and calling works more smoothly from the first ring to the last.
One place for every call
Your team now has a dedicated Calls area — a single list of every voice call, so nobody has to dig through conversations to find who called and what happened. Filter down to what you're looking for, see each call's status at a glance, and play back recordings right there without leaving the page. It's the difference between "where did that call go?" and having your whole call history in front of you.

Filtering narrows the list down by inbox (and by assignee, activity type, and more) so you can jump straight to the calls that matter.

Every call also drops a message right into its conversation, so the call history and the chat history live in the same thread.

Calling that just works
You can start a call with a contact even if you've never messaged them before — Chatwoot sets everything up for you. When you place an outbound call, it's automatically tied to you, so it's always clear who owns it. And if a call can't connect, you'll see the real reason instead of a vague error, so you know what to do next.

Call outcomes you can actually read
- Declined calls are now labeled on their own, so you can tell at a glance which calls were turned down versus simply missed.
- Calls wrap up correctly even when things happen out of order, so your call history stays accurate.
- Setting up a WhatsApp calling inbox is more flexible now, with a manual option if you'd rather configure it yourself.
