What's included

Easy setup in minutes: Connect your TikTok Business Account with just a few clicks. Head to Settings → Inboxes → Add Inbox, choose TikTok, and authorize access. That's it — your TikTok DMs will start flowing into Chatwoot.

Real-time messaging
When a customer sends you a direct message on TikTok, it appears instantly in your Chatwoot dashboard. Reply directly from Chatwoot, and your response is delivered back to TikTok.

Rich message support

• Send and receive text messages

• View shared TikTok posts directly in conversations

TikTok profiles at a glance
See your customer's TikTok username and profile picture right in the contact panel. Click through to view their TikTok profile whenever you need more context.

Team collaboration
Assign TikTok conversations to specific agents or teams, add private notes, use labels, and leverage all the workflow tools you already use in Chatwoot.

Notes:

• Customers need to message you first to start a conversation.
• You have a 48-hour window to reply after the customer's last message.
• Some message types (like stickers) aren't supported yet. These will show a note suggesting that you should check the TikTok app.
• A TikTok Business Account in an eligible region is required.
• Available on all the paid plans starting today.
