Running your help center is now faster and a lot less nerve-wracking — whether you're fixing a quick typo or reorganizing dozens of articles.
Bulk change category for articles
Reorganizing a Help Center used to mean opening every article and changing its category one by one. You can now select multiple articles from the list and move them all to a different category in a single action, using the new Category option in the bulk action bar.
The move happens as a single operation, so if something goes wrong, none of the selected articles are moved. Whether you're breaking up an oversized category or merging a few together, reorganizing content is now much faster.

Article editor typography matches the published article
The editor now mirrors the published Help Center much more closely, so what you see while writing is what your readers get after you publish.
Heading styles, paragraph spacing, block quotes, and lists have all been updated to match the published article. Nested lists render correctly at every level, and indentation behaves properly in both left-to-right and right-to-left languages.
Resize table column widths
Not every table needs evenly sized columns. A description column usually needs more room than a status column.
You can now drag table column borders to resize them directly in the editor. Column widths are saved with the article, restored when you reopen it, and preserved on the published Help Center. Tables that grow wider than the page become horizontally scrollable instead of being squashed.
This update also improves pasted content inside table cells. Images, bullet lists, and numbered lists now persist after saving and publishing.
Search across every Help Center admin page
Finding content gets harder as your Help Center grows, so search is now available on every Help Center admin page.
Articles can be searched by title, description, and content across the entire portal, while categories and locales filter instantly as you type. Search queries stay in the URL, making filtered views easy to bookmark or share, and they remain active as you move between categories, locales, and tabs.
Drag to reorder articles across pages
Reordering articles was previously limited to the page you were viewing. Moving an article from page 3 to page 1 meant editing positions by hand.
You can now drag articles across paginated lists. Hold an article near the edge of the page to move to the previous or next page, then drop it wherever you want. Auto-scrolling lets you reach articles outside the current viewport, which makes organising large categories far easier.
Same-page reordering is faster too, with the list updating instantly instead of reloading after every drop.
Stage edits to published articles as drafts
Editing a published article no longer updates your live Help Center straight away.
Changes are saved as a draft while the published version stays untouched. An amber Pending changes badge tells you there are unpublished edits waiting to be reviewed, and you can safely leave the page and come back later.
Open the badge to compare your draft against the published version in an inline diff, then publish the changes when they're ready or discard them if you change your mind. Articles with unpublished edits are flagged in the article list too, so work in progress is easy to find.
Icon picker for Help Center categories
Help Center categories are no longer limited to emojis. You can now choose either an emoji or a colored icon, customize its color, and switch between filled and outlined styles to better match your Help Center.
The new picker makes it easy to browse and search icons, helping you create a more consistent visual identity across your knowledge base. Your selected icon appears everywhere the category is shown, including category cards, article lists, breadcrumbs, category pickers, and the public Help Center.
Curated recommended content per locale
Until now, the Help Center home page relied entirely on view counts to decide what to highlight.
You can now curate recommended content for each locale independently. Choose up to three categories and six articles, reorder them however you like, and they'll appear on that locale's Help Center home page in the same order.
This makes it easy to promote different content per language, highlight seasonal announcements, or surface newly published guides. If you don't configure recommendations, the Help Center falls back to the existing top-by-views behaviour.
