A clearer view of your WhatsApp account health
WhatsApp Account Health now gives you a clearer picture of your business profile and what Meta’s status updates mean. You can check the details customers see and understand your display name’s review status.
See the profile your customers see
Your WhatsApp business profile now appears in Account Health, including its description, address, email and websites. It is a quick way to check that customers have the right details without switching to Meta.
The profile is read-only in Chatwoot. To make changes, open WhatsApp Manager.
Understand your display name status
Display name statuses now come with plain-language explanations. Not reviewed yet, for example, means the name is saved but Meta has not approved it. Customers may still see your phone number.
You can tell whether the name is waiting for review, under review or not approved, and see what to do next.
To see the updated view, go to Settings → Inboxes, open a WhatsApp Cloud inbox and choose Account Health. Administrators can access it for both manual and Quick setup inboxes.
