Preview templates without leaving Chatwoot
Open any template to preview how its content and media will appear in WhatsApp. The preview also shows its approval status, content type, category, language, and connected inboxes.
Sync and manage from one place
Use Sync templates whenever you need the latest templates from your providers. Chatwoot shows the most recent sync attempt, though updates may take a couple of minutes to appear.
Creating and editing templates still happens with your provider. From the preview, you can open Meta or Twilio directly when the management option is available.
