More automation rules
The latest automation event called “Conversation Opened” is up. This lets you trigger automated actions whenever a previously snoozed, resolved, or pending conversation is opened again.
Contact messages in WhatsApp inbox
Your customers can now share contact files through the WhatsApp inbox.
Instant Google sign-in
With Google sign-in, you can sign up/in to your Chatwoot account with one click. Enjoy instant access to your customer conversations.
Image uploads in Help Center
Add images to your Help Center articles––use screenshots, product illustrations, diagrams, or other visuals to make them more informative and easier to understand for your customers.
This new tab on your conversation dashboard lets you to easily add yourself or fellow agents as participants to a conversation. So, everyone involved in a conversation can track its progress and receive notifications on any updates.
Integration with Google Translate
Enable Google Translate on your account. Use the "Translate" option from the message menu to automatically translate messages into the language you use in Chatwoot.
Self-assign conversations in the mobile app
When using the Chatwoot mobile app, you will find a new option to "Self assign conversation" in the chat window.
Chatwoot 101 is a quick course designed to turn you into a Chatwoot pro. The lessons will help you get started and make the most out of your Chatwoot account. This includes core concepts and step-by-step instructions to prepare you to provide exceptional customer support and engagement using Chatwoot.
If you are using an RTL (right to left) language in Chatwoot, the UI will automatically adjust its direction to match the RTL language you're using.
Chatwoot's in-app search is getting a major upgrade. You will be able to find contacts, conversations and messages altogether, in one go. Just type in any information you remember in the search box – message content, contact's name, email, conversation ID, etc. to fetch all the related information.

Conversations Heatmap Report
Overview Reports have gotten an upgrade — with the new heatmap view. This gives you a quick glance at the volume of conversations every hour of every day for the entire week. This will make it easier to identify the busiest times of the day and visualize the workload.
Mark as read for mobile
Mark your conversations as read/unread in the Chatwoot mobile app for Android and iOS.
Dashboard apps for mobile
Dashboard apps are now available on the Chatwoot mobile app for Android and iOS. This will let you embed custom applications within the dashboard for easy access to customer info, orders, payment history, and more such information.
New automation condition
The latest automation condition "Conversation language" is up. This lets you automate a set of tasks to be followed when and if you receive a message in a particular language.
Snooze and mark as pending for mobile
Snooze a conversation for a certain period or until next reply, or simply mark it as pending on the Chatwoot mobile app for Android and iOS.
Audit log (Enterprise)
It's like a history book for your account! With Audit log, you can keep a record of all the changes made in your account, like user actions and account updates––right within the dashboard.
