How does this work?

Once you've signed up for a plan, we will set up a brand new Chatwoot installation for you on a Heroku instance or on a VPS on DigitalOcean. You can provide us with a login, or if you don't have one yet you can use this signup link to get $100 of free DigitalOcean credits. You will also need to setup a email service provider, preferrably with Amazon SES, Sendgrid or Mailgun.

What's the difference between Premium Support and Enterprise plan?

For most people we recommend the Premium Support plan which would be sufficient for standard usecases. Our plans comes with unlimited agents and unlimited inboxes. Enterprise plan is for the customers who have custom business requirements, and need customization on top of Chatwoot.

What type of support is included in subscriptions?

Both plan comes with email and on-call support whenever required. Our team would install Chatwoot and upgrade it to the latest version whenever a new release is out.

What is not included?

No development effort would be done as a part of the plans. If there is any such requirement, it would be charged based on the estimates.

Can I have a refund if I cancel early?

Yes, you will get refunds for Premium Support plan. We will refund you the amount based on the cancellation date. For Enterprise plan, there is no refund. Customising our service and providing support is a significant undertaking, so we do not offers refunds on this plan.
